Organic Grower Groups

The BIOTAN family

Our organic certified farmers are organized in a so called “Organic Grower Group”. Most of the farmers are very small scale farmers with only a few acres of land.

We regulary inspect each individual farmer and provide trainings to them in order to secure the conformity to International Organic Standards. Farmers in the villages are organized in cooperatives (AMCOS).
